Up to 800 cycles can be acheived on the Electric SureCrease for much greater production output over the manually operated lever controlled SureCrease.  If you have consistent quantities of creasing jobs that range in quantities from dozens to hundreds your best choice is to start with the SureCrease Electric.  The SureCrease 2818E Electric Creaser offers the operator more control, increased efficiency and production.  The operator can keep both hands on the digital print while activating the crease cycle with the foot pedal; this is especially useful when more than one crease is required for each print.  Optionally the operator can use one hand to secure the print while activating the crease cycle push button with the other hand.  There is also a built-in Automatic Jam Detection that will reverse the creasing blade should an operator error occur.  An operator error such as inadvertantly inserting 2 prints together or stock thicker than the recommended maximum thickness (341 gsm/130 lb. cover) could result in a jam.  With the jam detection the operator can quickly return to production.
