With the investment in a single machine, you can handle high quality perforating, creasing and numbering all-in-one. The COUNT FC114 is available with reliable friction paper feed, or choose the FC114A bottom air-feed machine. Both deliver accurate rotary-actuated creasing with 2 crease widths, pneumatic numbering up to 24 times per sheet virtually anywhere on the sheet, plus perforation and optional micro-perfing. It’s a compact, incredibly easy to use and highly versatile “all in one” solution that includes automatic “one-touch” set-ups.

Two configurations options are available; the FC114A Air-Suction Feed and the FC114 Friction Feed. 

The FC114A Air-Suction Feed is equipped with a bottom vacuum wheel air-suction feeder with a fixed rail register guide.  Air & vacuum controls allow for easy adjustment to suit the job.  Pulse or stream feed provide further operator control to suilt the job.  The vacuum pump is stored in it steel base cabinet eqiupped with castors for mobility.

The FC114 Friction Feed is equipped with a top-feed 4 roller friction feeder.  The machine is designed as a bench-top or you can purchase the optional base stand.  The lower cost FC114 Fricition Feed shares all of the same capabilities and features of the FC114A with the exception of air-suction feed advantage and functions.

Both models include 2 pneumatic drive numbering heads.  The pneumatic drive heads require connection to your shop air or an air-compressor which is not included; an air-compressor can be purchased at your local hardware and tool center or from your dealer.  The Gothic wheel reverse numbering heads feature 7 digits, 4 drop zeros and 4 repeats.  Each head can be programmed individually for multiple numbering.  Numbers can be applied virtually anywhere on a sheet from the lead edge of the sheet to within 1 mm of the previous number.  Number single sheets or crash number up to a 10-part carbonless form.  Self-inking black or red disposable cartridges provide up to 25,000 impressions per cartridge.
