Skin Packaging Systems

Skin packaging, also known as “skin pack” or “skin film packaging,” is a technique that involves tightly wrapping a transparent plastic film over a product, creating a second skin that conforms to its shape. The plastic film is then sealed to a backing board or tray, creating a vacuum-sealed package that closely adheres to the contours of the product. This process ensures that the product is securely encased, reducing the risk of damage during transportation and storage.
