Booklet Makers Staple and fold to produce booklets by the hundreds or thousands.

• Small desk-top bookletmakers can produce up to 64 page booklets in quantities of a few to hundreds.
• Floor model booklet-makers can produce up to 100 page booklets in quantities of a few to thousands. In addition floor model bookletmakers can be placed in-line with collating and trimming equipment and square back systems.
• Near-line systems place a sheet feeder in tandem with bookletmaking systems. An in-line bookletmaking system (a bookletmaking system placed in-line with a digital press) has the advantage of producing a finished booklet in one pass from print to finish. The disadvantage of an in-line system is its bookletmaking capability may be limited by the digital printing system which feeds the bookletmaking system. The near-line system advantage is that it does not limit the finishing process to any single digital press. Output from a variety of printing sources can be merged while maintaining complete set integrity. A slit / cut / crease system can be placed in a near-line system for a full- bleed finish.
