Fastbind Elite Tabletop Perfect Binding Machine

Fastbind Elite binding machine offers the largest flexibility. It quickly produces hard and soft
cover books as well as Manager covers, tear-off pads and strip binding. Why buy several
binders when all you need is one?
It is ideal for print/copy shops, publishers, binderies, school yearbooks and photographers.
The end result is perfect binding that is strong, square and affordable.

With the Fastbind Elite, making a soft cover book takes less than 30 seconds, capbable of producing up to 180 books per hour.

There are no adjustments for format or thickness, up to 1.6" thick or approximately 400 sheets (800 pages) depending on paper thickness.  Finished books can be up to 12.6" long and 9.3" wide.

Fastbind Elite is equiped with our special PGO system. PGO is a silent dust-free roughening unit. It allows you to get the strongest bond even with heavy stock and coated papers.

• Fully custom printed wrap-around covers (paperback novels, etc.)
• Wrap-around plain ready-to-use covers (financial reports, proposals, etc. with or without a window.)
• Wrap-around premade covers with a transparent front (student papers, office presentations)

You'll need optional accessories for the Fastbind Elite to bind hard cover books. 

With the Fastbind Casematic H32 Pro, you can produce professional tailor-made hard covers or cases in the format of your choice. Design the cover of your dreams and print it on your digital printer (laser or inkjet). Then, just follow the easy steps on your Casematic H32 Pro to produce the actual case or cover in under one minute. 

The optional hardcover toolkit consists of a nipping bar and a special paper guide. The special shape of the bar gives a professional look to the finished book.

Once you have your custom hard cover or case ready just insert your cover in the Elite.  Insert your book block or content pages between endpapers. Turn and apply the glue to the spine. Turn back and release the book. Apply pressure to hard cover nipping bar to form the groove on both sides. Apply the endpapers to your cover.  Your book is ready.
