The System 60 is a compact and affordable booklet making system that will add value and appeal to your booklets with the perfect bound look.  Additionally the tandem operation of the BM60 Booklet Maker and the SquareFold 104 will save you valuable production time while increasing the value and appeal of your finished booklets.

The System 60 is ideal for light production environments including small to medium digital printshops and inplants.  This hand-fed system is capable of producing up to a 1,800 booklets per hour with up to 22 sheets of 20 lb. bond for a 88 page finished booklet.  Added advantages of Squarefolded books are much less packaging capacity and the ability to print onto the spine of thicker booklets.  A minimum of 6 sheets is required to produce a square fold.  When not square folding the by-pass mode can be selected and the booklet will pass through without pressing its spine and be neatly delivered to the collection tray.
