Now you can add value to all the booklets you produce; place your pre-made booklet on the feed tray and the SquareFold Trimmer converts the binding to a square edge and trims the face edge in one pass. The module is equipped with the heavy-duty SquareFold module you find in our larger Booklet Making Systems. This enables booklets made from a wide variety of paper stocks and sizes to have a perfectly formed spine. It also makes the booklets easier to stack.
The result is the look and feel of a Perfect Bound book - At a fraction of the cost.

Operator Assisted Three-Side Trimming

When you don't have access to a paper cutter for trimming short run full bleed booklets the Morgana SquareFold Trimmer can get it done. After the first pass to square the spine and face trim your booklet insert the booklet a second time to trim the top, then a final third time to trim the bottom.

Wide application range
The Morgana SFT has a booklet compatibility size range from 5” x 8”, through Letter size landscape books, all the way to 12.6” x 12.2”. It processes up to 50 sheets of 20 lb Bond paper stock. Getting professional results from your existing staple-and-fold finisher has never been easier.
