The FL 520Z paper cutter was built for the digital marketplace. This heavy duty hydraulic paper cutter is streamlined and well-featured. Standard features include easy to use and intuitive touchscreen programming, safety light beams, laser cut line, and extended side tables for more working space. The FL 520Z has a single phase power 220V, 20A electrical requirement that eliminates the need for special wiring. Ball assist table helps the user to maneuver large or heavy stock. Other standard features include foot pedal operation for the clamp, knife latch, and easy to use blade depth adjustment.

Designed for speed and safety the FL Cutter line incorporates all of the standard guillotine cutter features and strives to perfect them. Seamlessly transition from automated job cutting to manual mode; use the laser cut beam to line up the gauge with crop marks for accurate cuts despite not conforming to a programmed job. The centrally located potentiometer is key for making fine adjustments that can be read through the touchscreen for an effortless operating experience. Laser light guard and two-button operation ensures that the operator cannot reach into the throat of the cutter while in operation. In case of emergency a blade latch device locks the blade to prevent descent. A high grade cut stick provides maximum use without operator intervention and can be changed easily on the fly to minimize downtime. Blade depth can be changed quickly from outside of the machine so there is no need for measurement or lengthy adjustments after a routine sharpening.

 

The cutters both ship with the bed tilted down to facilitate positioning of the unit through smaller doorways. Simply raise the bed and lock it into position once situated. No complicated installation procedure is necessary, which saves time and money. Heavy duty casters for movement and levelling feet for stability. Removable side tables mean that the footprint can be further reduced for maneuverability.
