MOHR Hydraulic Cutter Series D-ECO

MOHR Cutters are durable, programmable cutting machines with hydraulic drive. The unique cutting precision is obtained by the sturdy construction and the direct measurement. The precise and gentle bevel swing cut is carried out hydraulically on all of our models. This allows adjusting the dwell time of the knife in the lower dead end to the respective material. The corrosion free table surface provides excellent gliding properties which makes the material easy to handle. On Mohr Cutter 80, this effect is supported by the built-in air jets. The clamping pressure can be continuously adjusted within a large range by means of a turning knob with scale to suit any material to be cut.

The cutting machine series D ECO is operated via an ergonomically positioned control panel with 5.5’’ monochrome display and additional membrane keypad. Recurring cutting sequences can be memorized and adapted at any time. The creation of the cutting programs is done either manually or menu-driven and intuitively via block programming.

The ECO Series is available in 3 models: D-56 with a 22” cutting width, D-66 with a 26.4” cutting width, and the D-80 with a 31.5” cutting width.
